All Deposits & Payments Are Final Once Work Begins

No Refund Policy: All deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Because digital products are delivered immediately and services require dedicated time and resources, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. Please review all details before purchasing or booking. By submitting this form you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion prior to delivery of final files.

Revisions: This agreement includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Deliverables: All work remains the intellectual property of Uniquelee U until payment is received in full.

Communication: Client agrees to respond to questions and feedback requests within 48 hours to avoid project delays.

Cancellation: Projects cancelled after work has begun forfeit the deposit. Uniquelee U reserves the right to terminate a project if payment terms are not met.
